Full Time Permanent KS1/FS and Inclusion Leader

Overview

We are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner to work in either KS1 or FS and to be our SENDCO from September.

Personal attributes

Will have a proven track record in teaching in the FS or KS1 and in inclusive practice.

Highly motivated and committed outstanding practitioner with proven experience of teaching children with a wide range of abilities in the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1.

Has high expectations for all children and is committed to realising their potential.

Able to inspire, challenge, motivate and support children, staff and governors.

Has the ability to ensure the strategic development of inclusion.

Has a commitment to further develop the inclusive ethos and values of the school.

Has a high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
